Nice, clean hotel. We liked the fact that they had hot water/coffee available 24 hours a day.

This was a pretty good experience! The service was nice. The room was pretty clean… looked a tad dated but they definitely put in effort. My experience was good. This is a solid place to stay for a night.

I recently stayed at Conference Inn & Suites in Paw Paw, Michigan, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed hair in the bathtub — a clear sign that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. As someone who has experience working in the hotel industry, I understand the importance of cleanliness and attention to detail. This should never be overlooked. Situations like this point to a breakdown in the cleaning process, whether from staff not completing their duties thoroughly or the lack of a proper inspection system. There should always be a second check to ensure rooms meet basic cleanliness standards before guests arrive. I take cleanliness seriously, and this experience did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to future guests.

Cob webs spiders and ants , on first floor very loud noise. Apparently a women was being arrested in the hallway her cussing and screaming was extremely unsettling. No one was EVER at the front desk, always in the back and didn’t bother coming out to make sure the guests felt safe after all the commotion. It appeared as though there were people living in the hotel, I would not recommend this hotel .

Chose to stop here for the night in breaking up our drive. Place was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast service offered several good options.

Had to pull off highway due to weather conditions. Several hotels to choose from but we were familiar with Choice brands so we stayed here. Room was clean, housekeeping left plenty if towels but only decaf coffee so had to make a trip back to desk. Room was quiet, bed very comfortable but only issue was it was a suite so heat didn’t really get out to sitting area but we survived. Plentiful breakfast choices, lady working kept everything stocked and clean.

Great customer service! I’ve been traveling from Texas and Sarah not only let me check in early but was kind enough to upgrade my room to a suite along with information on local restaurants/breweries etc… Very grateful, thanks again :)

Great hotel. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very fluffy eggs. Can make your own waffles. Bed is comfortable! Quiet! We have stayed here a few times over the years when we came from PA for Kalamazoo car show! Very affordable!
