wouldn't go again. Not 1 BUT 2 staff members used the words COLORED people. Ask another staff member to take a picture. A little background, That day we were dressed to go on ATV's. So upon taking the picture she stated, "you all look like ninjas". Might not be a big thing to others but words like that is racist. Black & brown people will understand. Sad racism is still huge. The hot tub didn't look that clean either. No meat with your breakfast either

Trust me, spend your money elsewhere! Our king bed jacuzzi room was $290.00 a night. Jacuzzi Room, Not suite. Just a bed and a hot tub with a entertainment center, tv, mini fridge and microwave...ALL outdated. The carpet is gross, the pool is small and there were 2 people swimming in it fully dressed! The bed was ok but not $300 a night good. The mini fridge was plugged in but not cool at all. The cable options were lacking to say the least. The continental breakfast was pre- packaged, off brand dry muffins, cereal, and powdered eggs. They had a waffle maker and batter and that was the highlight. No sausage, no bacon, and when we inquired we were told they haven't had sausage since covid. What does that mean? You're charging almost $300 a room for one night and that's the best you can do!? The jacuzzi was big but also outdated, the faucet felt like it was going to fall off if i twisted it too hard. The AC unit in the room worked well. At least I can give them that. The entire room looked like they cleaned it in 5 minutes after each check out. No proper dusting or any cleaning without steaks. It is a joke and it is a low budget quality hotel with high end prices. Completely disappointed!!!! Save your money.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! From Miss Yvonne at the front desk, who is amazing, friendly and so very welcoming, to the Immaculate room with mini-fridge and microwave. Wonderful water fall shower head and everything was spotless and very comfortable. Super quiet in the evening and a wonderful arrangement and variety of many different breakfast foods. Wonderful stay!!! Thank you!

Great chain hotel. One of the best Baymonts I've stayed in. Friendly staff, rooms appear to be recently updated. The bed was very comfortable, and appreciated amenities like AC, mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was reasonably quiet, but you have those people who aren't. The pool and hot tub area was an added bonus. The free breakfast buffet was adequate, no meats or potatoe options. Great location with Walmart and several restaurants with 5 to 10 min walking distance, as well as gas, convenience stores nearby. Downtown SH was a 20 min walk. Wifi signal above the 1st floor was spotty but my only complaint. Guest use laundry room was clean and only $2.50 for 1 load wash and dry. Purchase quarters at the front desk. Great value for the price! Highly recommended stay location.

Had a snafu with a local festival. Had to book somewhere fast. I was able to get a 2 bed room for $150 on short notice. Room was clean, shower was clean, fresh bedding, and no bed bugs (we checked). The breakfast included was good, had lots of options. The staff was friendly and prompt. We actually forgot something in the room after we left and they were able to hold it for us for a couple of days for pickup. I can't be grateful enough. If you're looking for lodging, I don't see a reason why you'd wanna go anywhere else. also, tip your staff

We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday for our son’s 6th birthday, and it was truly a home-away-from-home experience. The hotel is spotless, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. The receptionist was the highlight of our trip, she is incredibly hospitable and felt like "everyone’s grandma." She went out of her way to connect with our kids and made us feel so at home that it felt like we never left. The hotel is also very affordable, but you don't have to sacrifice comfort for the price. It’s the perfect balance. Our family had a great stay, and we will definitely be back!

We stayed there ice breaker weekend. Check in was simple no issues, breakfast was simple, i wish they would have had something to go with the eggs but they didn't both mornings we got up for breakfast. Rooms were clean and simple for the time we were there. The value and price we got was exceptional and well liked and appreciated, we would stay here again.

We drove three hours to stay at an advertised pet friendly hotel. We get there and apparently they only accept dogs. No remorse, no refund, we were told we need to call the corporate number to get a refund. We went right across the street to the Hampton. Much nicer service and facility.

Easy on and off. Rooms were clean and not too badly aging. Room was clean with a reasonably comfy bed. The staff were really nice both at my late check in and my post breakfast checkout. Did I mention the room was clean. I've stayed in lots of places so clean matters. Only thing wrong was the fridge didn't work... But I wasn't there long enough to matter.

I can’t believe the weekend we had. There is rarely anyone at the front desk, and customer service is awful. When we tried to check in, no one was there. We stood around waiting until someone who came in early for her shift helped us. We weren’t the only ones left standing there, and that set the tone for the entire stay. We paid for a deluxe two-queen room but got stuck with a regular queen. No refund, no credit, no apology. The rooms are filthy and stained. Do not even think about walking barefoot. The shower was under construction, the bedding had yellow stains, and the beds felt like rocks. This place is neither comfortable nor affordable. On top of that, the walls clicked all night, making it impossible to sleep. It was the opposite of relaxing. We couldn’t even leave because I would have lost the money I had already paid for the room. The only good thing about this hotel is the location near downtown, but you are better off picking another hotel across the way. Do not waste your money here.
