Beautiful grounds, very relaxing and quiet.Great place to come home to after doing the activities of your choice in the wonderful surrounding area. Patty and Bruce are the consummate hosts. They give you recommendations if you wish and otherwise politely respect your privacy. My husband and I have used a B & B for years whenever we can. Everyone should be so lucky to be served their fabulous and creative Breakfast.

Bruce and Patty are so friendly and welcoming! We stayed for a long weekend and eloped here. The ceremony was beautiful and they were so accommodating. They took care of everything, we just had to show up! Patty had great recommendations for a photographer and restaurants in the area. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were clean and picked up every day (thank you, April). We had an unforgettable weekend! Thank you again!

I stayed here with my husband for a quiet romantic getaway. The room we stayed in was charming. Definitely a quiet place and loved seeing the deer. The breakfast was amazing and the hospitality was everything we expected. Super nice couple running the bed and breakfast. I would recommend going. They also give you lovely tips on places to check and and see which is super helpful.

Beautiful and cozy place in the middle of winter. I stayed in the back cottage. The breakfasts were incredible. They are very gracious and completely accommodated for my food allergies. Above and beyond.

DIASPPOINTING unpleasant experience with our 2 night stay at Martha's Vineyard Bed & Breakfast in South Haven. Encountered a strong smell of a deodorizer upon entering the room. Owner removed upon our request and we noticed more in the hallway. Guessing they are used to cover up smell/odors in the rooms. After moving our belongings into the room we decided to explore South Haven and enjoy some dinner. Upon returning later that evening the room was very cold so we called to trouble shoot the issue. A few hours later we went to bed and my wife woke me up as she having difficulty with the smell in the room, mouth and tongue issues, trouble breathing etc. We tried several options to make it more comfortable but with no success. We had to leave the Bed & Breakfast around 11:30 pm that nigh and there was no way to have communication with the owners as they are not available during that time. We contacted them the next morning about what happened. They offered a different room but my wife was still having issues and we did not want to experience the possibility of the same thing happening. We requested a refund for 1 night but they refused. They would only provide a refund if someone else booked the room the evening. We knew that was not going to happen since the place had several rooms already available. We felt that customer service for this type of issue was lacking. Would NEVER recommend staying at this location. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saw your response and we can agree to disagree. You can rationalize all you want with making the argument that you feel the provided solutions offered would have provided a better stay for the second night. However, you have NO understanding on how my wife felt from inhaling the air in the room during the 3-4 hours that evening. We have stayed at many locations and have never had this problem. Then to say you stand by your decision to not provide some sort of refund due to health complications from the the air issue in the room is just wrong. We didn’t even ask for a refund from the first night of issues encountered. I can’t believe that if you experienced the same that you would be OK with this. Wishing you the best moving forward but don’t feel you handled this situation well. GOD Bless.

Patty and Bruce are two very pleasant people who run the B&B. The nicest people you will meet. They care about the property and the people who stay and it surly shows. We stayed December 26-28th. The breakfast was some of the best breakfast I ever ate. They have a cat and dog who are the sweetest. They freshened the room while we ate breakfast with new towels, emptied the trash and even made the bed. The room was perfect and every inviting with a double person jetted tub next to the bed. Everything was perfect. I can't even express how happy we were with our stay.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here last year and loved it so much that we came back again for our 1st anniversary this year! Cozy rooms, phenomenal service from Bruce and Patty, delicious breakfast. We love the jacuzzi in the rooms located in the guest house- I swear I took about 4 baths a day! ? and we love the fireplace too since we come in the winter months. We also love the location- it’s so convenient that downtown South Haven is only a 9 minute drive. Everything we needed all weekend was within a 10 minute drive. We really have no complaints about our stay. Everything was perfect. Bruce and Patty are so welcoming and kind, it’s always a pleasure to see them and I can’t wait to go back again!

We had the pleasure of spending our 5 year anniversary here. The room was perfect and the fireplace kept us cozy all night! The owners were very welcoming and offered ideas on places to eat and things to see. We stayed in the guest house, so our breakfast was delivered in the mornings in a cute little picnic basket. The breakfast meals were very good and not just your standard eggs and potatos. My wife stepped out into the yard for her morning coffee and had deer visit right outside our door. We would certainly love to visit again! Thank you for a great experience!!
