Fantastic location, you can pretty much walk to anywhere. Our room was spotless clean and had everything you may need. The hostess that helped us check in was very friendly, she gave us some great dinner recommendations. On the other hand our bed was really loud and you couldn’t even turn without waking your spouse up, also the ac in the room is very loud, it almost sounded like someone was doing their laundry in the next room.

We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. Next time we’d probably get a room that isn’t street level due to the noise from the road. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and we had everything we needed.

This was our first time staying here and let me say we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with care and attention. Our room was absolutely beautiful and so clean. This place is perfectly located in the middle of everything! Once we parked, we never drove our car until we left. With Old Harbor Village, within footsteps from our room, it truly made our experience that much more fun and exciting. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Katy was so wonderful on the phone, I decided to book there. I was considering a few different places in the area. This balcony over the shops cannot be beat, so wonderful! I am so glad I did this. Shout out to Shirley who was very kind to add a night and very kind. Because I love this so much! Best place ever! My other consideration was NIchols across the street. I love my balcony and view and price.

It's a really nice cool place Everyone very friendly very clean, close to everything walking beautiful view. Bring your own pillow if you like fluffy pillows. . Really a charming place right on the water They offer balconies, but their windows open up and her right by the water. You really don't need the balcony.? just as nice either way.

We stayed here to attend the tulip festival in Holland, which was an easy 30 minute drive. While Holland was crazy, South Haven was just starting to open for the summer, it was quite and friendly. We found easy free parking across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed us about the sunset which we hadn't thought about, and it was an amazing end to a long day of driving. The rooms are very clean and charming. We had thought this would be a one time trip, but we are already thinking about coming back just to explore South Haven. And when we do we'll stay at the Old Harbor Inn.

From the moment we met the staff to the time of our departure, this place is amazing! Room was huge, view was spectacular, and everything and I mean everything was within walking distance. Before we left, we made sure to do this trip again in a couple of weeks and have a feeling we are all going to be on a first name basis. Let the countdown begin until the next check in!

We have stayed here a few times for New Year’s Eve and absolutely love it. The rooms with a jacuzzi are really nice with beautiful views of the harbor. I appreciate the real glass cups in the room instead of plastic. It’s great being within walking distance of downtown fun and food. Best of all, the staff is wonderful. Jake took fantastic care of everyone NYE night with genuine friendliness and great advice for places to eat. We will definitely return.

This hotel is very nice and in a great location, however we paid over 250 a night for a tiny room just because it looks at the water. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life and I've had back pain since leaving on 10/19. I normally would not complain but some relatives stayed in the same hotel for the same price but had a big suite with a couch and dinner table.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay! Dawn at the front desk was very accommodating, and immediately handled any questions or concerns that we had. Our room was fantastic, the location is perfect. Everything is with in walking distance, and the views of the harbor/river were exceptional! We will definitely be coming back.
