Spent two great nights at The Fields of Michigan. Loved sleeping in the well-appointed tent; riding bicycles from the property to the Kal-Haven trail; and dining at The Fields' Supper Club. Service is great. Property is exceptional. So much fun! A great getaway!

????? Our family had the most unforgettable experience at The Fields of Michigan in South Haven. We reserved five glamping tents to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The hospitality here is simply unmatched. The property itself is breathtaking—a peaceful oasis nestled in the middle of an organic blueberry farm. One of our favorite memories was walking through the fields and picking fresh blueberries right off the bushes. Sweet, juicy, and sun-ripened—you simply eat them as you go and pick as much as your heart desires. It doesn’t get more magical than that. It is the perfect summer getaway. Every morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and every evening, everyone gathered around the campfire for the best complimentary s’mores. It created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests could relax and connect. We also loved riding the complimentary bikes around the beautiful grounds and cooling off in the swimming pool. There was always something to enjoy. Our glamping tent exceeded every expectation. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, the private bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed, and every detail made us feel like we were enjoying the outdoors without giving up the comforts of a luxury hotel. One of the things that makes The Fields even more special is that they truly welcome pets. We brought our two dogs and our beloved cat, Onyx, and they were welcomed with open arms. It was wonderful to see so many other guests enjoying their stay with their own fur babies as well. Pets were everywhere—walking the grounds, relaxing by their tents, joining their families at the café, and even hanging out around the evening campfire. As animal lovers, it meant so much to us to find a place where our pets were genuinely included as part of the experience. Sadly, during our stay, our beloved cat Onyx slipped away. We were heartbroken and had to return home without him. Most places would simply wish you luck—but not The Fields. Their team has continued to stay in touch with us long after our stay ended. A very special thank you to Ken from the maintenance team, who is a fellow cat dad. He personally set up and monitored a humane live trap behind our tent and continues checking it for us. My daughter even drove back the next day to meet with him, and everyone was so compassionate and accommodating. Although the trap caught another cat instead of Onyx, it gave us hope that the trap works, and they continue to reassure us that they are doing everything they can to help bring him home. Their kindness during one of the hardest moments our family has experienced says everything about the people who work here. They didn’t stop caring when we checked out. They have continued to support us, encourage us, and help us in every way they can. The Fields isn’t just a beautiful glamping destination—it’s a place filled with extraordinary people who genuinely care. From the luxurious accommodations, complimentary breakfast, evening s’mores, bikes, swimming pool, and endless blueberry picking, to the incredible staff who treat guests and their pets like family, this place is truly one of a kind. Thank you to everyone at The Fields for making my mom’s birthday unforgettable and for showing us such incredible compassion. We will always remember your kindness and generosity. If you’re looking for the perfect glamping experience—especially if you travel with your pets—The Fields is the place to be. Five stars simply aren’t enough! ??????

We stayed here for a night for a little “baby moon” and had THE BEST TIME! The tents were very comfortable and clean. We loved walking the property, picking blueberries, enjoying the fire pit and s’mores at night, and a light breakfast in the morning. Will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future.

Chef Mel is an artist! Just went to Supper Club for my parents' 50th anniversary. We were a little confused about where to go/what to do but everyone there was really accommodating and friendly. The food was incredible, especially the ginger butter. You could taste how fresh all the vegetables and fruits were. Was a great experience and would recommend

Arrival and First Impressions: We were greeted warmly by the staff and the check-in was seamless! The Tent (or Should I say Suite?): We stayed in a "Fields Tent," and I have to say, I was blown away by how cozy and stylish it was. The bed was like something out of a boutique hotel—huge, comfortable, with high-thread-count sheets. The tent itself was much more spacious than I expected, with a chic wooden floor, plush rugs, and even a small seating area. The private outdoor seating area provided the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars. The Dining Experience: The Fields has an on-site restaurant that serves gourmet farm-to-table meals. Chef Mindy prepared our meals, complete with wine pairings. The food was exceptional—each dish highlighted fresh, local ingredients, and it felt like a true celebration of the region. Activities: The resort offers a wide range of activities, and we made the most of every opportunity. We went on a bike ride with the provided bikes and the natural beauty of the area took center stage. There's also a spa on-site, which offers massages that can be enjoyed in the open air, surrounded by towering trees. The Overall Experience: What really stood out was the sense of peace and tranquility. The Fields is set in such an idyllic location, yet there’s no shortage of things to do. Beautiful, peaceful place- straight out of a hallmark movie. Wonderful and friendly staff. We used the available bikes to take an easy ride into South Haven. We also ordered the grill your own dinner pack- the food was great and we had the best time grilling our dinner!
