10 months agoI have rented in Southaven for 17 years. I have used Shores the entire time. In the past two years something has changed. For the purposes of this review I’ll just stick with my problem with them this year. I expressed a desire to rent The Driftwood, to a rep. Last week. She stated that would not be a problem. One day later a rep. Left me a voicemail stating that there was no problem with my reservation for 2026. The next day I called to leave a deposit, and I was told that someone else had reserved at my selected time. I was told several reasons for this error including , “we are just so busy this time of year that we can’t always keep up.” Another reason given for this mishap was that the renters this year want it for the same week next year that I want it. When I explained they we rented a different home this year because the owners wanted the property this year, and we were told by THEIR employee Adam that we would have first choice for next year, in the end I was offered an apology- I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

over 2 years agoWe loved our stay in the Starlite home! It was a simple two block walk to South Beach, and we enjoyed every second in the water and every sunset. Of course we had our usual trips to Julia’s and the farmers market, but most of our time with just spent enjoying our family in the most beautiful setting in South Haven! Best place to get away too!!

almost 3 years agoHad a great week in South Haven with the family. Rented a house that was walkable to South Beach and downtown. Parked the car the first day and didn't need it again all week. Clear instructions and good communication from Shores. Fully recommend. Will probably be back next year.

almost 3 years agoWe loved using Shores Vacation Rentals for our family vacation this summer. From booking, to arriving, to checking out, everything was easy and enjoyable to work with their team. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. Would highly recommend to anyone considering South Haven for their next family vacation.
