Stayed at the Covert/South Haven KOA Holiday! Wonderful staff! Helpful and friendly staff! Stayed there during the Tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. A little ways away from the crowds! There is so much to do in South Haven and tge surrounding area and South Haven is right on the lake! We will definitely stay again!!

I was a long time customers of this koa. However I found out that if you make suggestions or complain about an issue like no hot water in showers, charging $13 for a frozen store bought pizza(that's the only food offered besides ice cream when cooler works), people not cleaning up after dogs in dog park( i had a dog going thru cancer and could have gotten seriously sick from smelling or stepping in another dogs poop), snarky staff members and damage to camper they put notes in you file and retaliate to the point you are thrown out without getting any money back. When the campground was independently owned; there were lots more amenities food wise, the workers were friendlier and if you were a repeat customer would greet you as such and ask how everyone was, any suggestion was taken into account not taken as a complaint. I have stayed at many other brand and koa campgrounds nation wide and never been treated so bad.

If you are not traveling with kids, don't bother coming here. Was hoping for a quiet retreat during the off-season, but there are entitled families that seem to run the place with no regard for others. People just let their kids run loose and scream and yell at all hours of the day and evening (past 10:30 p.m., even). This location is also less wooded than other KOAs I've been to so sound travels easily. I wish people had more common courtesy. Aside from that, nice newer facilities and bathrooms. Good place for families with younger kids. Just not what we were looking for.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff was awesome, the facilities were clean, the activities for the kids to do kept them so busy and sleepy at the end of the night! Gaga ball and bounce pillow were a hit! The nature trail was wonderful and such a nice walk! We will definitely be coming back next year!

My husband and I recently stayed in an adorable glamping tent. It had everything we needed, including a stove top, mini fridge, and coffee maker. It had two rooms, which included a bunk room. This is a beautiful property with many amenities. There were many activities for kids and adults. The bean bags and pickleball court were a hit with many. The clubhouse would deliver ice, pizzas with a simple call or text. We had rented a golf cart which was super fun to ride around on and check out other sites - which were decorated for Halloween. The staff were great and take pride in their jobs. The property was well taken care of. I would recommend this KOA and can't wait to visit again.

We just spent a long weekend at the Covert / South Haven KOA and had a fantastic time. The campground is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and spacious, level sites. Our kids were never bored—they loved the pool, jumping pillow, and the planned activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It's in a great location, just a short drive from the beaches in South Haven. It’s a perfect spot for a family getaway. We're already planning our next trip back!

Covert / South Haven KOA Holiday is a beautiful and family-friendly campground. The washrooms and showers were clean, the staff very friendly, and there are lots of fun activities for children like the splash pad, playground, and pool. The location is great, close to Lake Michigan and South Haven. A wonderful place to stay and definitely worth coming back to.

We pulled in our travel trailer for the weekend. Ordered pizza the first night and had it delivered to our site. It was nice and quick for a meal we didn't have to cook and to rush to get food. The amenities were nice, clean pool, clean splash pad area and public restrooms were nice. Something for everyone at the campstore. All the activities we did were great. We painted pottery $, tie dyed tees $, rode the barrel/tractor ride, jumped on the pillow jump, and played bingo $. Della was super nice and welcoming, always said hello or have a nice evening. We will definitely stay again. The price was reasonable for full hookup.
