This is a beautiful house right on lake Michigan. Easy access to beach either by stairs or drive. June seemed to be a little stormy and windy on the lake but the calm days...breathtaking. Sunsets not to be missed. Anchor Point... TOP NOTCH!!! Information and communication was spot on. Would definitely rent from them again.

Our trip to South Haven, MI was fantastic! The house was exceptionally clean, the amount of amenities was more than I ever imagined, and our host was just flat out great, before, during, and after our trip. I highly recommend South Haven and especially going through Anchor Point.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for our family to celebrate my 50th birthday. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and firepit, as well as all of the amenities that are included. The pool and hot tub were very clean and it was also very helpful to have a pull in garage to park and unload our bags and food items. We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed here two years in a row and didn’t even hesitate — we’ve already booked for next December because there’s nowhere else we’d rather be. From the moment you walk in, it feels magical. Cozy, festive, warm, and full of joy — like stepping straight into a holiday movie. Our family spends hours soaking in the hot tub, laughing and competing over all the games in the lower level, and just enjoying being together in such a special place. This home isn’t just a rental — it’s an experience. Memories are made here, traditions are started here, and Christmas truly comes alive here. Enjoyed a weekend Ladies Retreat at this gorgeous home. Tastefully decorated for a relaxing and comfortable vibe. Plan to return during the Summer to take advantage of the Pickleball court, swimming pool and putting green!

I was able to stay at this home with a group of friends in December. Even in the winter this place was warm and cozy with a short beautiful walk to a stunning sunset at Lake Michigan! Very well appointed. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location less than a mile away from the beach and downtown. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. I really appreciated how each bedroom had its own bathroom. We really took advantage of the grand rooms for entertainment. The kitchen was great for cooking and seating. Laundry facilities on both floors was another added bonus along with double waste facilities. Loved the way the house was decorated for the holidays. As a family we wanted to decorate a Christmas tree and lo and behold we were thrilled when we arrived and found an undecorated tree, which worked out perfectly. Although I enjoyed our stay during the winter, I’m sure the summer provides another level of amenities.
