Lovely house with plenty of room for 7 adults and two babies. The kitchen was well equipped. Two separate washer and dryers. Beautiful home walking distance to the beach and downtown. Only suggestion would be they supply more than 3 beach towels. We had to go buy more and left them all at the house for the next people.

The location was perfect - a gorgeous lake view out of the many windows and from Adirondak chairs on the deck, a short walk to an easy tram ride down to an uncrowded community beach , and a quick drive to downtown South Haven. The house itself is very comfortable with an open floor plan. We all gathered together to eat, cook, watch movies, gaze at the lake, read, and nap. It was a restful and wonderful vacation.

The house was a perfect home base while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding at Black River Barn. We were able to use the garage to prep flowers and the kitchen was amazing for meals. Probably a unique use for the house, but it was perfect for my aunt who is a florist from out of town. We were able to accommodate several other out of town guests too.

This is a beautiful house right on lake Michigan. Easy access to beach either by stairs or drive. June seemed to be a little stormy and windy on the lake but the calm days...breathtaking. Sunsets not to be missed. Anchor Point... TOP NOTCH!!! Information and communication was spot on. Would definitely rent from them again.

Our trip to South Haven, MI was fantastic! The house was exceptionally clean, the amount of amenities was more than I ever imagined, and our host was just flat out great, before, during, and after our trip. I highly recommend South Haven and especially going through Anchor Point.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for our family to celebrate my 50th birthday. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and firepit, as well as all of the amenities that are included. The pool and hot tub were very clean and it was also very helpful to have a pull in garage to park and unload our bags and food items. We will definitely be back!

The place is gorgeous. The deck, the pool, the yard, the fire pit. . . All exceeded expectations. The house had everything we needed and more. A great place for a family reunion or just a big group of friends. Not too far from town or the beach but far enough to feel secluded. We would go back in a heartbeat. My pictures won't do it justice, it really is huge.Two living rooms on the main floor and a lounge/bar in the basement. Modern kitchen and both a kitchen table and formal dining room. There is a bunk room in the basement, a bedroom on the main floor, then several more bedrooms upstairs. We weren't here in the winter but there are 4 fireplaces if you need a cozy retreat. Also, cute downtown with good restaurants. I may just move here.
