I will not be staying here again. The hotel is very poorly maintained and outdated. I booked this specific hotel because they advertised a “heated pool” but the heater was broken and the pool was way too cold to swim in. The customer service was okay although the lady working night shift was crocheting and watching something on her tablet and made me feel like a huge inconvenience when I asked for a couple extra blankets for my toddlers. Then gave me the most scratchy blankets I’ve ever felt. The breakfast was fine, very basic. I spent $135/night since I booked through a third party site but they were charging $290/night for the same room I got. That is ridiculous. Not worth your money. I wish we would’ve spent a little extra and stayed at the holiday inn down the road.

Manager at hotel is extremely rude and creepy! He will stare at you uncomfortably while you eat breakfast, harass you when you come back to hotel and follow you up to your room. If a female traveler do not recommend staying alone.

Spent two nights here dropping about $450 and this hotel isn't even worth it. It's not clean you have to go downstairs every time you need anything at all. And asked for our room to be cleaned inbetween days and that never happened. Our trash n dirty laundry sat in our hallway for the whole day (the front desk told me to just put it outside the door) I'm not sure who cleans but they definitely needs to be retrained. I don't understand the pricing for theses rooms and how they get off charging what they do I wouldn't pay more than $80 TOP for this I wish I could get all my money back.

Heater didn’t work in room properly. Had hot and cold air coming out at once. No heat in the bathroom, pool cold as hell, and the front desk worker was rude and so was her customer service. Did everything in her might, not to accommodate us! Wanna say everything fine and I’m clearly telling her it’s not! I’ll NEVER stay here again!

My mother has a room there, and the front desk attendant gave my mother’s EX BOYFRIEND HER ROOM NUMBER!!! Pretended to be her fiance, asked for her room number because he seen her car there ,even though his name was on NOTHING. Then tried to justify it. Imagine my mother would’ve been hurt?????? FRONT DESK WILL GIVE YOUR ROOM NUNBER TO ANYONE EVEN IF THEIR NAME IS NOT ON THE RESERVATION!

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had a very strong moldy odor and felt humid. There was rocks/gravel all over the ground which my infant tried to eat. I had to request vacuuming and they said there was no cleaning crews available when I pressed them about it they gave me a vacuum and I cleaned it myself. The bottles in the shower were disgusting. The pillows were also very small - like the kind you’d have on a chair not a bed. The breakfast was ok. I appreciated they had eggs.

I stay here quite often. Never had a negative experience. Everyone at the front desk has been friendly. Rooms are always clean and everything works. I call BS on some of the one star reviews.. I'm here very often. Never the same room twice. They take good care of them. Breakfast is pretty basic, but good by budget hotel standards. I guess my ONLY complaint, as far as whats in their control, is there's no vending machines. As for my only real complaint beyond their control, is people letting kids run the halls like a herd of screaming elephants, with no apparent supervision or care from the parental figures. Again, not really the hotels fault. As far as the guy claiming a $700 charge to check out early, that's just more BS. For the price, great place to stay

If there were an option to give no stars I would. The hotels itself is dirty and unkept. Weeds growing around the building have taken over and well over 3 feet tall. Our room smelled of musty wet clothing or carpet. Breakfast is lame. Eggs look like they were some sort of cake and cut up like brownies. Staff members look like they needed a bath a few days ago. Dirty Dirty Dirty.

My 6 year old daughter, wife and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. When we arrived after our three hour drive its was around 10:30pm. We got the room with the pull out couch because that’s where our daughter was going to sleep. By time we got situated from our long drive and were going to tuck our little one in this is what we came across!?!? The lady downstairs told us the manager would be in at 7am and could handle our issue. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would fix this issue so for one night us three can squeeze into the king size bed the room had to offer. Feeling gross and exhausted we slept on top of the comforter and made it through the night since this was the last room they had available and we weren’t going to sleep in our car. The next morning I walked up calmly and just showed the manager these pictures and simply asked “do I have to say anything?” She then said no I understand and we will move you rooms and give you a credit. To me I figured they would comp the room because this is MOLD and some type of bodily fluids. NOPE she said I can give you $50 off. That’s barely the taxes on the room!?!? After calmly rebutting she said the best she could do was $75. This isn’t a dirty towel or one dirty sheet. This is MOLD and absolute neglect. She even stated the knew they had an issue with this kind of thing cause their exhaust fans aren’t working in the rooms. This is much more than that! Easily the grossest room I’ve stayed in and after calling corporate it seems like they condone this behavior and this is nothing new to them.
