Took 1 whole month to get deposit back because the man sent it to an address that had it bounced back to them, But they DID NOT contact us. We had to go to the post office for them to contact Jaqua because they said it wasn’t right that we are still waiting for a check and it makes no sense , just to have them say we have to go pick it up there when I already asked them if they can write us a check in hand and this man said “ no, we cannot write you a check. It is not my fault you haven’t got it. We do not control the mail when it gets to you. “ After he told us, it’ll take 3 to 5 business days. And I asked him to write a check because this woman at the front desk already told us that they could but they had to make a phone call and so I called back, we never got a call and then he replied that rudely . We only got 1500 with no explanation why we didn’t get the 2,000. If we got explanation we’d understand. Oh also They make you pay $500 cleaning fee before your stay but they make you clean up wash dishes before you leave. If I could put zero stars, I would they don’t even deserve one for that. Who was I paying to clean? Not myself . So beware this is my experience so good luck ?

We worked with Bob DeOrsey and couldn't have been happier. He was always quick to respond and on top of things throughout the process. He even went above and beyond to help us out with some issues that popped up on short notice, on a holiday no less! We would definitely recommend Bob and are very grateful we had the chance to work with him to find our (hopefully) forever home.

Amy is a very successful realtor with exceptional market expertise for the South Haven area. She conducts herself in a professional manner and has excellent communication skills. We met several times before we decided to ask Amy to lead us through the sale of our home. She gave us good advice and helped us prepare a plan that was responsive to our needs and wishes for the sale of our home. She helped us work through the ups and downs that can happen during the sale of a home when the market is somewhat slow. Amy, Kate, and their team were always very pleasant and considerate when scheduling showings and inspections. Selling our vacation home was bittersweet, but Amy's leadership helped us achieve the goals we set at the beginning and and we are very pleased with the outcome. Hopefully the buyers will enjoy the home and community as much as we did.

The house was promising when booking on VRBO with nothing but positive comments. I really wish I could say the same. This was a trip with adults and kids but the adults had to work remotely and were counting on the WiFi this weekend. The WiFi didn’t work at all. Even after I reached out to the rental management team, all they could do was thank me for my patience and told me it’s been escalated. Our whole stay no one came to check in or try to fix it. Nothing was done. There was no compensation offered of any kind. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. At one point, the tub also clogged and they gave me the same generic text. It even started bad. Check in was not smooth at all, the code they sent me was not working and we had to call the office to get a new code, not that bad since they were able to fix it. But the grill wasn’t working properly either and each time I would text the number I got the same generic response. There was a 24 hr number to call and it wasn’t a working number. It was highly disappointing and you can tell the company doesn’t really care. They got their money we had to deal with it.
