The Vintage Inn at Veritas Estate consistently receives glowing reviews, highlighting its charming atmosphere, delicious breakfasts, and knowledgeable hosts, Tim and Sherry. Guests consistently praise the property's beautiful grounds, convenient location near South Haven and the Kal-Haven trail, and unique experiences like wine tastings and interacting with the resident animals. This B&B offers a truly relaxing and memorable getaway.
This was our second time staying here, and it won’t be our last. Tim and Sherry are wonderful hosts, and do the best to make their guests feel comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are sweet. Our breakfasts were superb. The location of the Estate is perfect for checking out all the fun in South Haven. Looking forward to our next stay!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service was top notch and the environment was incredible. The balance of personable demeanor and professionalism by the talented hosts was a blessing. The wine tasting experience was most excellent along with the AMAZING breakfast. Along with a perfect location in the woods being just down the road from South Haven and the Kal-haven trail, this is a gem of a place to stay.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Vintage Inn. We rode our bikes on the Kal-Haven trail from Kalamazoo to South Haven and this was the perfect location for our overnight stay. We arrived to a wine tasting, with very good and interesting blends, and a delicious charcuterie board. We'll definitely be back
Went to celebrate our anniversary and had a very relaxing time! The breakfasts we made with fresh ingredients and had wonderful presentations. You have access to tea, water or coffee anytime needed. The bedroom was intimate and we didn't miss having a TV. We did a wine tasting while there which we would highly recommend (took a few bottles home along with pickled veggies). There is a hiking path down the road from them that we took a few miles one afternoon for fun. We especially loved getting to feed their many chickens. Being in the quiet of nature was just what we needed and plan to return again!
We had a cozy and comfortable stay at Vintage Inn. Sherry's wine tasting is a must if in the South Haven area. Tim's breakfast is top tier and his desserts were the best we have ever had. The property is well maintained and in a prime location. We definitely recommend this gem ?
Had a fun stay in mid-October…wonderful property and Tim hosted a fun wine tasting, which went beautifully with the delicious charcuterie board we ordered; we didn’t get to meet Sherry as it was harvest and she was off-site. The breakfast was delicious and unique. Also, loved the chickens …. Highly recommend, Tim and Sherry have a good thing going !
A wonderful experience at this nicely renovated B&B. The setting is lovely, and we were greeted by friendly chickens and kitties. We enjoyed a relaxed wine tasting, and there were several very nice bottles. This is a winery to watch; I was excited to have discovered it. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. Tim is a fine chef and a delightful host. This is one of the best B&Bs we have visited in a while.
We loved our visit at Tim and Sherry’s home! We stayed in the Champaign suite which was HUGE. Bed was very comfortable, sofa was welcomed and the provided robes were so cozy! We had both room temp and refrigerated water available to use in the suite with our keurig. Tim’s breakfasts are creative, delicious and garnished beautifully. The charcuterie tray had home made chicken sausage along with plenty of berries, other meats and cheeses, olives as well as Tim’s flavorful homemade crackers. Highly recommended wines too. Sherry was very knowledgeable about their grapes and wine as well as the wine process and was generous in sharing her knowledge! Thank you for giving us the getaway we desperately needed! Oh, Please don’t forget to give the free range chickens a few treats during your stay ?. We plan on multiple visits in the future!
One of the best weekend getaways ever! Me & my boyfriend stayed for two nights in the Loire Valley room at Vintage Inn. We were beyond impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, & most importantly, the food and wine!! Chef Tim served some amazing (and picture worthy) breakfasts. The blueberry lemon scones were one of the best pastries I’ve ever had!!!! We also did a wine tasting with Sherry. She was so knowledgable and knew exactly what wines would suit our tastes. This b&b is so close to downtown so we were able to go to dinner, the beach, shops, etc… while easily coming back home to the chicken & cats at the inn.
